Meet the Ringwood team

The branch is co-owned and run by Anthony Holtom, who is supported by knowledgeable staff, including Branch Manager Sam Holtom and a first-class team of Property Consultants, Valuers and Branch Secretary Gemma Rees, Sue Seymore, Jayson Priday, Lloyd Lambe and Matthew Jewison. Many of the team live in the area and have first-hand local market knowledge.

Anthony’s estate agent career started with a work experience position for Elliot and Green in 1986. His love for the job saw him work as an estate agent in eight different locations across Hampshire and Dorset before earning a Branch Manager position in Ringwood. In 2010, Anthony became a shareholder in Hearnes and the Managing Director of the Ringwood branch, where he has maintained a leading market position ever since. Anthony prioritises client-focused and personalised services, which is reflected in his talented staff. 

As a local family business, his son Sam joined the team and, following a period of outstanding performance and service, was promoted to Branch Manager in 2021.
